many of us always think that about he/she purchase a new computer system because of old pc doesn't work as their aspectation or their needs. Or stay using old pc upgradin it's RAM and Harddisk or replace CRT moniter with LCD/LED moniter. I invite you upon this discussion about your views.
I think whenever you are struggling with this thoughts, try to find out answer is you or your business realy need new pc or not.
